July 14 Table Topics Virtual Meeting

Our virtual Table Topics now feature networking!
For the first 30 minutes of the event, attendees will be broken out into small groups to foster connections.
We'll give you an ice-breaker topic, but the conversation can flow organically.
The point is to build relationships, just like at our in-person events.

Learn how to sharpen your brain power and ward off mental decline. Your mind controls all aspects of your life - finances, career, romantic relationships, familial relationships, friendships, and parenting. Recent research shows approximately 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience a mental illness and 20% of youth ages 13 to 18 live with a mental health condition. If you want to be your best while living this journey called “life”, you must maintain a healthy mind. At this session, Andrea will teach you how to do just that by educating you on how to be proactive with making mental health your lifestyle!
