Your booth must be completely set by 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Set up will end promptly at 5:00 p.m. each day on Sunday and Monday. Security will clear the exhibit hall space at that time. No one will be able to remain in the exhibit hall after 5:00 p.m. on set up days. This is a change from previous years. Please make certain all booth set up staff are aware of the set up hours.

Do not book your hotel rooms through anyone attempting to contact you by phone or email. There are organizations contacting past exhibitors trying to fraudulently collect credit card information and book rooms at higher rates than NRB offers. Only use the links provide by NRB on the hotel page of the website.

Items for your booth that are provided by the hotel can be ordered here. This includes food and beverage orders for your booth, Wi-Fi or wired internet service, and electrical service.
Please note that at the Texan, the hotel provides the electrical service to your booth (at the back drape), but labor from GES must be requested to run the electrical cords under the carpet if needed.
