Guidelines & Policies
ACMA has guidelines and policies for virtual events in place to ensure the best experience for our industry partners and attendees. Your booth registration and participation in the event acknowledges your acceptance and willingness to comply with our event policies. ACMA reserves the right to make changes to these policies/guidelines at any time. If you have questions/concerns, please let us know. To view the policies and guidelines, click HERE.

Attendee List
The pre-event attendee list will be emailed 2-3 days prior to the event. Please note that the attendee list does not include email addresses however you will be able to collect email addresses through lead retrieval. If you do not receive a copy of the pre-event attendee list, please email Becky Nations. You can also access an attendee list from within the virtual platform. To access the list of attendees, speakers and booth reps, click on the “Networking” tab in the main navigation menu on the left side of your screen and click on the people icon. 

What is a Virtual Booth?
Your virtual "booth" is microsite within the virtual conference platform. You can brand your microsite with graphics, company bio and contact information, social media links, videos and downloads. It includes functionality for public and private text chat messages, public group video meetings, private one-on-one video meetings and a virtual mailbox for direct email correspondence. The Booth Rep User Guide is a step by step instruction guide on how to navigate the virtual platform, view sessions, earn CEs and network with attendees via text & video chat. We ask that you distribute this guide to all of your booth reps.
