last updated: 6/11/21 at 1:48pm CT
What Attendees & Exhibitors Can Expect Onsite
- Masks, as defined by the CDC, must be worn over the mouth and nose at all times, at all events inside and outside for those who have not received a COVID vaccine.
- Disposable masks and gloves will be made available onsite for attendees needing a replacement or additional mask.
- Attendees must pass a daily health screening. Upon passing, attendees receive an “identifier of the day,” which provides access to conference sessions and events.
- For the health and safety of conference attendees, any attendee who does not pass the daily health screening will not be allowed to attend the in-person conference. The attendee’s registration will be transferred to the livestream conference registration. This registration will allow an attendee to watch select sessions live from a mobile device or laptop computer. ACMA staff will assist attendees who must transfer to the livestream registration option.
