A key learning of this last year is that a crisis requires resilience, and this is the moment to build more resilient organizations. With both practical advice and bold ideas, CHAM’s 2021 Conference will explore the path forward for advancing mission and performance during the pandemic and beyond.

Two provocative plenaries will fuel your curiosity. In the opening session on Tuesday, housing leaders will take a fresh look at three core values to affordable housing: resilience, sustainability and equity. On Wednesday, we’ll dive into learning about the latest policy initiatives at the federal, HUD and state levels.

You’ll be able to choose from 12 sessions that share strategies, insights and opportunities in four topic areas: affordability, physical asset, resident engagement and asset management practice. But you won’t really have to choose—all the sessions will be available online for two months, so you have plenty of time to watch everything you are interested in.

We are excited by the features of the virtual format we are using. Some sessions will be prerecorded and some sessions will be broadcast live. But in all cases, you will be able to chat and pose questions of the presenters in real time. You will be able to direct message other attendees, connect with sponsors who have products or services you need, and learn about CHAM’s educational programs.

Join hundreds of people from all sectors of the affordable housing industry:

  • Asset managers, property managers, developers, directors and executives
  • Owners, both nonprofit and for-profit
  • Lenders, investors, syndicators, government, PHAs, HFAs
  • Professional service companies and intermediaries
