Transportation: No need to rent a car. COPA has arranged with Courtyard to provide shuttle transportation between airport and hotel on Wednesday and Thursday morning. On arrival tell Banyan you are with the COPA group and they will call Courtyard to come pick you and any other COPA members up to take to the hotel. On departures, the Courtyard will make 3 trips at 7:30 am, 8:00 am and 8:30 am. There will be a shuttle sign-up sheet at the flight briefing on Wednesday night.

Transportation: COPA has arranged for taxis to be
waiting for us at the FBO for the 20 minute ride to the hotel. Cab fare is
about $30 but can be split with other couples.
Currency: No need to exchange
currency. US dollars are used as readily as Bahamian dollars in
the Bahamas and are equal in value. ATM's are available on the island.
Credit cards are accepted at the hotel and most restaurants but it is always
good to carry cash.

$35/day. Life vest rentals also
available for $7.50/day. Please call Banyan FBO at 954-491-3170. There is
limited availability so call promptly. If Banyan is out of rafts, you may also
call Survival Products at 954-966-7329 for rentals and they will deliver to
Banyan for you.
