Registration

  • When is the Registration deadline?
      • September 4, 2020
  • What information should I have to complete my registration?
      • Contact information
      • Status as NDA member or non-member
      • Payment method? Credit Card or Check
  • What does the registration fee cover?
      • Besides the presentations at conference, it covers Pre-Conference Workshops on Sunday, two hosted cocktail receptions, Breakfast buffet and Lunch buffet on Monday and Tuesday
  • Can I transfer my registration to someone else in my company in the event I cannot attend?
      • Yes, you can. Please contact Nick Van Stratt, nvanstratt@helmsbriscoe.com or 704-469-2146
      • Please make sure to contact the hotel directly to transfer the room to the other person’s name. NDA is not responsible for doing that.
  • What if I need to cancel?
      • The last day to cancel to receive a full refund on the conference is August 28, 2020.


Hotel

  • What is the cost for the hotel?
      • $235.00 plus taxes per night. This rate applies to the nights of 10/3/2020 – 10/7/2020
  • What is the Hotel reservation deadline?
      • Fri, September 11, 2020. However, it is best to reserve early to ensure you secure a room at the rate of $235/night.
  • Can I extend the trip pre or post-dates?
      • Yes. It will be based on availability at time of booking and at the rate decided on by the hotel if the nights are not part of our group rates (10/3/2020 – 10/7/2020).
  • Will the hotel honor the group rate for these additional dates?
      • No
  • Can I call the hotel directly to book my reservation?
      • Yes, but it’s preferable to go through the hotel link located on the Conference website on the Venue tab.


Dietary Needs

  • What if I have special dietary or other needs?
      • Please let us know during the registration process, there will be a spot for you to input your needs.


Conference Attire

  • What is the attire for the conference? Different for day vs. night?
      • Business casual. Dressier for receptions, if you so desire.


Transportation to/from Hotel

  • Will airport transportation be provided?
      • No
  • How long is the travel time?
      • It is approximately 14 miles from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA).
  • Is there parking onsite?
      • Yes
        • On Site Parking Fee: $20 hourly; $55 daily
        • Valet Parking Fee: $55 daily


Conference Content

  • When will I receive the agenda?
      • When available it will be posted under the Agenda tab.
  • What type of presentations and/or speakers will be at the conference?
      • When available, they will be listed on the Speakers Tab
  • Will the presentations be available?
      • After the conference, pdf versions of the presentations will be available.
  • Will the presentations be recorded?
      • No
  • Which vendors will be at the conference?
      • Check the Sponsors tab for a listing
