Registration

The registration fee is €1000 (inclusive VAT) for both the bureau and association executive together. 

What does it include?
- Accommodation for both association & member representative (two single rooms for two nights, including breakfast) at the Le Novotel Bordeaux Lac
- All transfers for both association & member representative (including transfers to and from Bordeaux airport)
- All meals, networking & sight-seeing events as indicated in the programme for both association & member representative
- VAT

What it doesn’t include:
- Travel expenses for both association & member representative to Bordeaux.

Who pays the Registration fee?
The registration fee is to be paid by the bureau and the bureau is also responsible for their own and their association executives' travel to Bordeaux.

Extra nights hotel
Upon registering the hotel accommodation will be automatically arranged for both association & member representative for the two nights of 22 & 23 October 2020. If you wish to extend your stay, the 
Le Novotel Bordeaux Lac offers the special rate of €120, per single room per night and €120, per double room, including breakfast, either side of the workshop. How can I register?
The criteria for inviting an association executive can be found under the 
guidelines section of the website and the exclusion list is available under the "My ICCA" section of the website under "Logos & Documents". 

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: 
In order to keep in line with ICCA’s strategic goals the guidelines have changed and only association executive will be accepted. Anyone registering with a Core PCO or AMC will be held on a waiting list until the registration deadline and will only be offered a place on the workshop if there are still spaces available.

Registration Form (for the bureau to complete - should be officially signed and returned as a pdf document)
Bureau Profile (to be completed by the bureau & emailed to ICCA Head Office as a word document)
Association Profile (to be completed by the accompanying association executive & emailed to ICCA Head Office as a word document)

Bureaux need to complete the Bureau Profile form and ask their association executive to complete the Association Profile. Bureaux should also complete the registration form, officially sign it and send it as a pdf by email together with the completed association profile and bureau profile forms (as a word document) to Claire Jackson (claire.j@iccaworld.org). ICCA Head Office will then check to see if the association executive meets with the criteria in the guidelines and if the forms are completed properly. If the association executive is suitable, the bureau and association executive will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.
