Recognizing and Responding to Micro-aggression

This is a workshop for anybody desiring to increase their anti-racist competency in  their work to dismantle racism in the Annual Conference, its churches and agencies, and the community as a whole.

The focus will be on the microaggressions which People of Color so often experience in their ordinary activities at church, at work or school, or in the community.  Special attention will be given to how Euramerican allies can recognize and respond to microaggressions in support of the Persons of Color against whom they are directed.
