Unfortunately, the Correctional Research Symposium in Porto, Portugal is now cancelled due to the current pandemic situation. Despite having postponed the event until early 2021, the situation looks to remain unresolved by this time. Therefore ICPA, EuroPris and CEP have agreed to cancel the event and explore alternative options to offer our members an opportunity to exchange on the topic in these challenging times.
We realise that this may come as a disappointment, however consideration is now being given to bringing an online accessible format that will address the issue of staff well-being and motivation during Covid-19. The CRS has contributed so significantly in the past in bridging the researcher/practitioner gap, and we do hope to see you again in person when travel restrictions are lifted. In the meantime, stay tuned as more information will be available soon with regards to the online content.
