Vendorama Q & A:

  1. When will I hear back from the selection committee?    Once you have paid for your Vendorama slot,  you are automatically a Vendorama participant.  If we do not recieve your abstract by November 18th,  you could lose your spot.

  2. What is the Vendorama selection committee looking for?   Once the team receives your abstract they will review and reach back out to you if they need clarification or have any suggested changes.  If you don't hear from them,  then the abstract has been approved. 

  3. Are they looking for a title and a couple sentences, or more of a paragraph?     You can provided anything that works best for the topic you are planning to discuss.  In the past, vendors  have sent a title & a few sentences,  a few paragraphs, even a PowerPoint.  It is up to you. Please include your speaker's name in whatever format you send.

  4. Which topics would they like the abstract to cover?     It is advised to cover a topic that deals uniquely to your company.  We do not suggest topics.  

  5. Who do I submit the abstract (and presentation) to, once we have it finished? Please submit the topic & abstract via email to Jacki Bennis (jacki@somp.co) no later than November 18th.
