TableTop Guidelines
The
following guidelines are applicable to all exhibitors:
-- TableTop staff MUST be registered for the conference.
-- Advance set-up time will be available on October 25th, 11:00am.
-- Table assignments will be provided on site.
-- A 6-foot skirted table, ID sign, and two chairs are provided.
NOTE: All materials must be contained on the 6-foot table. The only exception
to this is pull-up banner displays that can be placed behind the table, but
must also fit in the allotted 6-foot space.
ADVANCE SHIPMENT OF
EXHIBIT MATERIAL
All packages must be delivered to the hotel at the following address no earlier
than October 22, 2015:
