Family Philanthropy Network webinar

with guest speaker Mae Hong

and facilitator Kate Frykberg

Wednesday 20th November 2019

10.00am - 11.30am

Staying relevant in the 21 century: five things family philanthropy should consider
This 90 minute session will look at the unique dynamics of family philanthropy undergoing transition, such as introducing new and potentially younger trustees or contracting new staff.
This will be a great opportunity for family foundation staff and trustees to ask questions of the speaker and facilitator.
Zoom in from your desks or home offices and join the conversation.
Philanthropy NZ is delighted to welcome once again the remarkable Mae Hong from Rockefeller Philanthropic Advisors. Mae opened the Chicago office of Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors in 2009 and is responsible for serving individual donors, families, foundations and corporations throughout the Midwest.
In addition to providing high-touch, custom services to help clients manage their charitable giving, develop effective strategies, and discover joy in their philanthropic journey, she is also a frequent speaker and writer about philanthropic issues, trends, and ideas.
Kate Frykberg, Philanthropy and Community Advisor, will facilitate the webinar. Kate manages her own small family philanthropy foundation, and holds governance roles on other philanthropic trusts and social enterprises.
