Cancellation/Refund Policy
Any request for cancellation of CSMG 2020 registration must be received in writing by Friday, December 27, 2019 to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be sent to CSMG Registration at CSMG@conferencedirect.com.
A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted in cases of refunds (or $20.00 if only for Pre-Meetings and Special Events). Refund requests received before the deadline will be processed within one week, and will be made to the credit card by which payment was made.
