As a result of the ongoing pandemic, CGA has decided to cancel the June 2020 Gas Measurement and Regulation School and to not reschedule it later in 2020. It will be moved to May 17-21, 2021 at the same location - Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu, Quebec, with Énergir again as the hosting organization. The health and safety of delegates and speakers is our primary concern, and given the ongoing uncertainty this was determined to be the most reasonable way forward.

We will not be offering a virtual GMRS, however, in tandem with the expansion of the Operations, Engineering, Integrity and Construction (OEIC) Roundtable program, which will include virtual roundtables and webinars being offered throughout the year, CGA will be running a series of measurement and regulation virtual roundtables and webinars. These sessions will run during the remainder of 2020, and details will follow.

Regarding paid delegate registration fees and booth bookings, we will be transferring these all to GMRS 2021.  Selected booths will maintain their positions on the floorplan from 2020.  In the event that delegates are not able to attend the 2021 event, you may have your registration transferred to another person in your organization by notifying help@canavents.com up until the 2021 event opens.  If you prefer to cancel your registration, we will offer refunds less a $250 administrative fee (plus tax) on requests made to help@canavents.com prior to June 9th, 2020. Please contact help@canavents.com to discuss booth cancellations.

We will be in touch with more information over the next few weeks regarding the virtual roundtables and webinars, and we appreciate the patience of all participants as we determined next steps during these "different times".

We are looking forward to seeing you all next year and wish you and your families all good health!
