Exhibit Benefits
Each exhibitor table top reserved includes:
  • One (1) skirted 6’ by 2’ table
  • One (1) table identification sign
  • Two (2) side chairs
  • Two (2) “Exhibit Hall Only” badges
  • One (1) waste basket with liner
  • Exhibitor standard marketing
    1. Company name listing in conference brochure
    2. Goodwill’s internal website,
    3. Conference hall signage and
    4. Attendance at GII-hosted reception

  • Monday November 12, 2012:   9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Tuesday November 13, 2012:  9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
 Exhibit Fees
  • $800 (6’ by 2’ table)
  • $300 (Fee for staff exceeding 2 persons/ table top)
  • Payment must be made by credit card only and must be completed by October 1, 2012. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only accepted. Space will not be assigned without full payment.

         Insurance Requirements for all exhibitors and Attending Sponsors

  • All Exhibitors must provide and upload a Certificate of Insurance for general liability during the registration process.
  • General Liability Insurance to include products and completed operations and contractual liability in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 combined single limit. All such policies shall specifically state: “Named as additional insurer under above policies: Goodwill Industries International, Inc. Attention Jeff McCaw, CFO, 15810 Indianola Drive, Rockville, MD 20855
  • Each policy shall provide that it may not be canceled or changed without at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to Goodwill Industries International.

Exhibit Reservation Times

Exhibit space registration will begin on August 27, 2012 and close on October 1, 2012.
  • There will be no on-site registration.
  • Applications sent by mail will be disregarded.

Exhibit Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations received before October 1, 2012, will be honored with a full refund, less $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2012. Sponsorships and advertising sponsorships to heighten your organization’s awareness before and during the conference will be available online when registration opens.
