This full day workshop will put ‘Calculation of Management Fees’ in the spotlight

Often a contentious issue - one that has hit the headlines on many occasions and is not extensively understood - providers will get the opportunity to openly discuss and debate their key concerns around calculating management fees, whilst developing wider thinking on potential ‘win-win’ models that could enhance best practice and value within subcontractor relationships.

Led by industry advisers, ITSS, this workshop will cover:
  1. The Policy and direction of travel on Calculating Management Fees.
  2. An in-depth look into current Subcontracting Practices and Pricing Strategies.
  3. Key Factors to consider when calculating management fees.
  4. Creating Value Propositions.
  5. What subcontractors need to know!
  6. How to create a ‘Win-Win’ when it comes to Calculating Management Fees.

Target Audience

This workshop is aimed at all apprenticeship training providers that are:
  1. Main Providers
  2. Employer Providers
  3. Supporting Providers
  4. Universities
It is a ‘must attend’ event for any provider who is currently subcontracting apprenticeship provision or who is looking to subcontract for the first time. This workshop is also ideal for subcontractors or potential subcontractors.

This event may also help with training and developing existing delivery teams around their knowledge and understanding of fee calculation.
