These awards provide your organization with an opportunity to receive recognition for the outstanding programs that you offer members. Program Awards will be presented in the following core program areas:

Outstanding Achievement Award - Board Member of the Year
This award is designed to recognize a board volunteer who has rendered unusually devoted service to his/her local Boys & Girls Club organization as well as to the Florida Area Council. The Florida recipient will be nominated for the Southeast Region Outstanding Achievement Award.
Outstanding Achievement Award - Beverly Burton New Board Member of the Year
This award is designed to recognize a new
board volunteer who has rendered unusually devoted service to his/her local Boys & Girls Club organization. Nominees should have served on the board for at least one full year, but no more than three years.
High Performance Board Teams of the Year Award
This award is designed to recognize the Board of Directors of a local Boys & Girls Club organization who has achieved excellence, as a team, in the areas of Marketing, Resource Development, Planning and Outreach to unserved youth.
Area Council Liaison Award
Presented to a dedicated full-time management or youth development Club professional who has made a significant impact in the lives of children and can be a role model for other Boys & Girls Club professionals
