She has 25 years of experience as a business coach, clinical psychotherapist, and speaker, and she loves traveling the world to share her ideas on professional development, sales success, and leadership. She has years of experience with the direct sales model, and she's helped motivate some of the world’s leading direct-sales companies, including Mary Kay Cosmetics, The Pampered Chef, Arbonne International, and many more.

Don Jonas – Direct Selling Strategies

Don Jonas has more than 25 years of experience in the direct-selling industry, with much of his efforts focused on recruitment and training of sales forces. Currently, Don heads up sales force development and training at Chicago-based Direct Selling Strategies, and he worked with Epicure Selections for a full year to help develop our new Compensation Plan.

For Don, the new Compensation Plan has been a labor of love. He used his extensive experience developing strategies, tools, and training to rethink, streamline, and improve the Plan, all to keep Epicure Consultants inspired and invigorated and to put financial freedom within reach.

Before joining Direct Selling Strategies, Don spent 10 years at Avon Products in various positions, including division sales manager, national recruiting manager, and sales training manager. On top of that, he has been involved with two direct sales companies from their inception and has served as vice president of sales at each. He has invaluable experience with developing a core group of Consultants, which is the engine behind the growth of a sales force and a company. Thanks to his insight into the industry, Don is very much in touch with the day-to-day operations of a Consultant and knows what works and what doesn't.


Nicki Keohohou - CEO and Co-Founder of the Direct Selling Women's Alliance

During her 35-year career in the direct-selling industry, Nicki Keohohou has built successful personal organizations, spoken to direct sellers at conventions around the world, consulted for hundreds of companies, and held executive positions in multiple direct-selling companies. She co-authored the best-selling books “Build it Big” and “More Build it BIG: 101 Insider Secrets from the Top Direct Selling Experts” and has contributed to many other books.

Nicki is a certified business coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and is a faculty member of the DSWA Coach Excellence ™ School. She was recently named one of the Top 25 Business Women in her home state of Hawaii, as well as one of the Top 30 Female Entrepreneurs in America. She was selected as an international 'Hero for Humanity' in 2009 and named No. 2 in the International 2009 and 2010 Power 30, which honours the 30 Most Influential Women in the direct-selling profession. She was honoured in 2011 with the Women’s Information Network’s International Women’s Day Outstanding Service Award. The award that brings her the most joy is the DSWA being named the National Advocate of the Year for Working Mothers.

JuliAnn Stitick – CEO and Founder of Your Success Style

JuliAnn Stitick, CEO and founder of Your Success Style, is an image expert, world class stylist, and international speaker. With more than 20 years in the image industry, she actively speaks, trains, and provides business and personal image consultations for clients ranging from the boardroom to the entrepreneur to the full-time domestic goddess.

JuliAnn was a top image stylist for Nordstrom for many years until she decided to step into the entrepreneurial world, where she was free to blend her background in executive commercial real estate with her business-savvy, heart-centered approach to image. She began to create programs, services, and products with a unique twist on image – what she calls Your Success Style.

JuliAnn styles for the Oscars and achieves ongoing accolades from organizations that include The Four Seasons, Marriott, Kaiser Permanente, Silpada Jewelry, Lia Sophia Jewelry, and The Capital Group. Her involvement with The Salvation Army, Girl Scouts of America, and youth groups allows her the opportunity to share her heart with women.
