Reservations
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own sleeping room reservations at the Palmer House. A discounted room rate of $289/night has been arranged. When making hotel reservations, please ask for the Global Food Protection Institute room block to obtain the reduced rate.
Reservations must be made by October 13, 2012, to obtain the discounted room rate.
Directions
When taking public transportation from O'Hare International Airport, take the Blue Line train to Monroe/Dearborn stop. Take Monroe east to the hotel. The Palmer House is on the south side of the street.
From Midway Airport, take the Orange Line from Midway to downtown. Get off at the Adams/Wabash stop. The Palmer House is located on the west side of Wabash Avenue.

Directions from Chicago Midway Airport
North on Cicero Avenue. Take Stevenson Expressway (I-55) Northeast to Kennedy Expressway (I-90) West. Exit Monroe Street, turn right (east), 8 blocks to the Palmer House Hilton. Hotel is on the right.

Directions from Gary Regional Airport
Take I-90/94, the Dan Ryan Expressway, south to the Chicago Skyway. From the Chicago Skyway, enter the Indiana Toll Road. Continue on the Indiana Toll Road to IN-912 East, Cline Avenue, Exit 3. Continue on IN-912 to the US-12/Industrial Highway.
