We are living in an increasingly digital, mobile world where the pace of change is exponential. Gen Y travelers are very different customers than their predecessors. Consumer technology devices have altered the travel industry forever. Even the future of airline distribution is experiencing unprecedented change. As Regional Director, IDFS - Asia Pacific for IATA (which settled more than USD 60 Billion in 2012), Ms. Yeoh Hoy Chin will provide ACTE attendees with a global and regional outlook for the commercial airline industry. She will recap the key changes taking place and describe the road ahead.
Ms. Yeoh is responsible for the areas of Airline Distribution and Financial Services in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to working for IATA. Ms. Yeoh held multiple positions with Abacus International.
