Hotel Reservations

• Dell EMC has reserved a block of rooms for our Customers at the Embassy Suites hotel at 255 S King St, Seattle, WA 98104.
• Dell EMC will cover up to a 3 night stay at the hotel, Customers will need to pay for additional nights
• The hotel is walking distance to Dell EMC Offices (a 5 minute walk)
• Breakfast is included in your room reservation 

Travel to / from Airport

• Plan to fly into Seattle Tacoma International Airport (also referred to as SeaTac International) at 17801 International Blvd., Seattle, WA 98158
• Justine Corey will be contacting you about your flight information - please provide that information during registration if possible
• Dell EMC will cover the costs of ground transportation
• The airport to the Embassy Suites Hotel in downtown Seattle is approximately 14.7 miles

Meals

• Breakfast is served at the hotel on Tuesday and Wednesday
• Lunch will be served at the Dell EMC offices
• There will be a Tuesday evening reception that will include dinner. We accommodate any dietary restrictions.
