Alan Liotard

Alan Liotard is a Risk Manager based in Paris, France. He graduated in 2015 with a master’s degree in risk management and has previous experience in the banking and financial industry. He is currently responsible of the EMEA Business Continuity program for Arrow Electronics Inc., an American Fortune 500 company headquartered in Colorado in the US. Arrow specializes in distribution and value added services relating to electronic components and computer products.
 
Björn Hannappel

Björn Hannappel is heading the GoGreen team within the central department Corporate Communications and Responsibility of Deutsche Post DHL Group. GoGreen is the Group’s environmental protection program. He is responsible for the strategic development of the program as well as for the implementation of the Group-wide GoGreen Strategy: Mission 2050 – Zero Emissions. Björn is also responsible for Green Technologies within the Group and the GoGreen Products & Services. Further topics in his area of responsibility include carbon accounting, environmental rankings and ratings, green policies and guidelines, sustainable urban logistics as well as sustainable packaging and circular economy.
 
Camila Guenka

Camila joined Resilience360 on March 2018 as part of the customer success team and currently she is part of the product management team working as a Data Integration Expert, within this role Camila has been supporting the development of solutions to best integrate different systems and platforms into R360. Camila holds a Bachelor degree in Production Engineering and has former experience in the manufacturing sector where she has worked on projects in the area of process engineering and ERP.
 
Clare Francis
Supply Chain Risk Management Program Manager

Clare works within Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Global Sourcing team, currently leading a Supply Chain Risk Management program across the enterprise. Clare has been with Thermo Fisher for over 12 years with previous experience in developing and implementing Sourcing Strategies across Europe and holding positions within procurement and planning at a site level. Clare has recently completed an Advanced Diploma with the Chartered Institute for Procurement & Supply, and holds a 2:1 degree in Applied Science. Based in the UK, but leading a global team largely based in the US.
 
David Shillingford

David Shillingford is the CEO of Rising Tide Digital, a holding company formed by Columbia Capital to invest in and support the growth of data analytics companies focused on supply chain optimization. Prior to Rising Tide Digital, David was as a Senior Vice President at one of the world’s largest data analytics companies, Verisk Analytics (NASDAQ: VRSK) where he was responsible for the company’s entry into supply chain analytics. David joined Verisk in 2008 when the analytics company he had founded in 2003 was acquired by Verisk. David’s career in data and analytics started with a company tasked with recovering stolen art following a career as an officer in the British Army that included airborne and special ops. David continues to work to bridge the gap between the military and business worlds through his work at PegasusBridge.org.
 
Dirk Scholand

Dirk holds a master degree in Information Science from the technical university of Dortmund and worked on implementing solutions for customers in the public sector, trading and logistics. He has more than 10 years of experience in software development at DPDHL where he has worked on various projects for Sales and Customer Service in the Mail and Parcel Division, particularly with cloud based systems, platform-as-a-service solutions such as Salesforce and integration platforms. He is currently responsible for the further development of the Resilience360 mobile app and for enhancing the integration of interfaces to internal and external systems.
 
Felipe Dussaillant
Senior Product Manager

Felipe Dussaillant is Senior Product Manager at DHL Resilience360. Over the past eight years he has worked in software product innovation on corporate risk, sustainability, compliance, supply chain visibility and risk management. Through supporting logistics, transportation and business continuity professionals and understanding requirements to build up resiliency for supply chains, he has led the development of industry-leading solutions and technologies to provide a holistic approach to supply chain risk management.
Before working for DHL Resilience360, he was leading software start-up activities in Latin America. Felipe has extensive work experience across the IT, logistics and software industries. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge UK on Sustainable Development from the Department of Engineering.
 
Jürgen Löffler
Risk Management and Crisis Management in BMWs Supplier Network

Jürgen holds a Master degree in Engineering and Management from the Technical University in Berlin and has more than 18 years of leadership experience in the field of Logistics, Purchasing, Internal Audit and Risk Management. He is a senior expert for financial risks and location-dependent risks in the supplier network. His team is in charge of the financial restructuring, respectively the crisis and insolvency management in the global supplier network. Jürgen was in charge for the conception for the integration of Natural Disasters, Socio-Economic/Political Risks and of Reputation Risks (Sustainability, Social Corporate Responsibility) as additional risk categories in the supplier selection process. Furthermore he is lecturer for risk management in purchasing at the BMW Training Academy, at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) and for the German Federal Association „BME“. For over a decade he is acting as an examiner for the final exams in Procurement and Logistics - Fachkaufmann/Fachwirt (IHK).
 
Kathy Fulton
Executive Director
American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN)
Kathy Fulton is Executive Director for American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN). She leads the organization in facilitating donations of logistics services and equipment to enable delivery of millions of dollars of humanitarian aid. Kathy served as the organization’s director of operations from 2010 until her promotion in 2014. Ms. Fulton’s passion is the intersection of supply chain and emergency management, focusing on the critical role logistics and supply chain professionals play in disaster relief. She serves on national workgroups focused on efficient coordination of logistics activities during disasters, including those hosted by the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine, the Department of Homeland Security, the Transportation Research Board, National Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, and the National Emergency Management Association. Preceding her work with ALAN, Fulton was Senior Manager of Information Technology Services at Saddle Creek Logistics Services where she led IT infrastructure implementation and support, corporate systems, and business continuity planning. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Northwestern State University of Louisiana and Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida.
 
Katja Busch

Since February 2018 Katja Busch has been responsible for the Sales Organization “DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation” as Chief Commercial Officer & Head of CSI at Deutsche Post DHL Group.

From January 2013 – January 2018 Katja Busch was Chief Sales Officer (CSO) DHL Parcel Germany in the Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. Prior to this she was Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel for over six years in the Mail division at Deutsche Post AG responsible for domestic sales including customer service for Parcel. Appointed CSO DHL Parcel Germany in 2013, Busch assumed overall responsibility for customer service for both Mail and Parcel business units, including 22 call centers operated by Deutsche Post Customer Service GmbH. From March 2014 – January 2018 she headed international customer service for the Group’s Post – eCommerce – Parcel division. In August 2016 she also assumed responsibility for the newly created Global eCom* Key Account Management unit.

Following an education in natural sciences, Busch spent seven years in various sales roles at TNT Express Germany before moving to Deutsche Post DHL Group in 1997. After serving as service branch head and business department head, she was appointed Head of Marketing & Sales in January 2004 at DHL Express Austria based in Vienna. In March 2006 she was appointed Divisional Board Member for DHL Parcel Germany.

Katja Busch was born September 15, 1969.

 
Dr Koko Warner
Manager, Impacts, Vulnerabilities and Risks Subprogramme Adaptation Programme
UNFCCC
Dr. Koko Warner (United Nations Climate Secretariat, UNFCCC) helps countries find ways to avert, minimize and address risks to human wellbeing from climate change. At the UNFCCC, she oversees the work on climate impacts, risks and vulnerabilities, including the Fiji clearinghouse for risk transfer, the Task Force on Displacement, and the technical expert group on comprehensive risk management all under loss and damage. Warner also supervises the Local Communities and Indigenous Peoples Platform which were created by the Paris Agreement. Warner also manages the climate science-policy-practice hub on adaptation, which is helping scale up adaptation action. Warner provides technical leadership on assessing, developing & implementing policies & actions aimed at reducing vulnerability & building resilience in communities across the world. She is a lead author for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Special Report on Climate Change and Land, and previously of the Fifth Assessment Report. In 2014 the International Council of Science named Koko one of the top 20 women making waves in the climate change debate (http://roadtoparis.info/top-list/20-women-making-waves-climate-change-debate/). Prior to joining UNFCCC, Koko was the Executive Director and founding member of the Munich Climate Insurance Initiative (www.climateinsurance.org) and head of research on environmental migration and social resilience at United Nations University Institute for Human Security in Bonn.
 
Lesley Hume

As the Head of Sales, Americas for Resilience360, Lesley is a Senior Manager helping businesses deploy digital risk management solutions to manage their supply chains more effectively. Lesley began her career over 25 years ago in Global Supply Chain & Logistics out of Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada where she studied Marketing & Business Management. Her extensive career includes various sales & management roles in all areas of logistics and supply chain including, rail, truck, air and ocean transportation as well as warehousing & global distribution supply chain programs. She moved to New Jersey in 2004 as a Vice President Sales & Marketing, North East Region and then Vice President Fashion & Retail at Panalpina domiciled in New Jersey. It was there she began working in the High end Retail and Luxury Goods Market and continued to do so in various senior management roles until almost 9 years ago when she made a career shift to Global Supply Chain Technology working at INFOR GT Nexus until joining Reslience360 in 2018. Lesley is based out of the Reslience360 Americas Headquarters in Plantation, Florida.
 
Patrik Kalmbach

Patrik Kalmbach is a Supply Chain & Procurement Risk Manager at Bayer AG leading the initiative “Supply Chain Transparency & Alert Monitoring”.  Prior to his current position he worked as an internal consultant in Supply Chain, Production and Logistics. Patrik holds a PHD in Mathematics from Bremen University and a Master in Computer Science from Cardiff University.

Richard Romano is Director of Global Transportation at Bristol Myers Squibb. Rich has more than 30 years’ experience in transportation, logistics and supply chain. He is a board member of the Health and Personal Care Logistics Educational Conference, where he supports development of meeting agenda topics and future direction of this Pharmaceutical Logistics focused conference.

Rich is active in supporting all logistics functions at BMS including Risk Management, Supplier Strategy & Performance, Development & Oversight of a Global Logistics Control Tower, Corporate Logistics Sustainability and Supply Chain Business Continuity. Rich has a degree in Business Administration and has worked at UPS, and DHL before joining BMS.

Sven Mack is Senior Manager for Supplier Risk Management based in Ebertsheim, Germany. He graduated in 2005 with a master's degree in Industrial Engineering and has more than 8 years of experience in program management in the engineering and manufacturing industry. He is currently responsible for the Insolvency Management program for BorgWarner Inc., a US automotive supplier headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. His main responsibilities include the establishment of a global central department to identify, mitigate and incorporate supply chain risks into global purchasing strategies and sourcing decisions to establish a highly optimized supply base.

 
Tobias Larsson

Tobias Larsson is the founder and head of Resilience360. Over the past seven years, he has worked in product innovation to build insights and knowledge on what it takes to build resilient supply chains. Through supporting logistics, transportation and business continuity professionals and understanding requirements to build resiliency for brittle supply chains, he has spearheaded the development of industry-leading solutions and technologies that support a holistic approach to supply chain risk management. As a supply chain security and resiliency expert, he has participated in a large number of conferences as a presenter and facilitated sessions around supply chain risk management. Tobias started his career at DHL thirteen years ago and has held various roles within the Express and Freight divisions of DHL. Before working for DHL, he was involved in start-up activities in his home country Sweden. Tobias has extensive work experience across the United States, the Netherlands, Finland and Iceland, Turkey and Germany. He holds a Master degree in Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
 
Ulf Venne

Ulf is a Director and the Head of Sales for the EMEA & AP region in the Resilience360 team. In the last 5 years, Ulf has been instrumental in increasing awareness on the topic of supply chain risk management and helping customers improve their supply chain resilience! He has authored several articles and white papers on Risk & Resilience tools and methodologies and has been published in numerous books and magazines. As an expert on the topic of risk & resilience, Ulf is a frequent conference speaker and workshop facilitator. Before joining Resilience360, Ulf worked for Huawei as the supply chain operations lead for Germany. During his studies he was engaged with his own web design and IT programming company. Ulf holds a Magister Artium degree in Sinology (Chinese culture and language) and Economics from the Friedrich-Alexander-University of Erlangen-Nürnberg in Germany.
