    Note for ArgoSpine members :

    If you are not up to date with your membership fee, the congress registration fee must be added to the amount corresponding to your annual membership fee which is 60 €. Thus the full amount to be remitted will be 580 € for a payment until December 15th, 2012 and 680 € for a payment after December 15th, 2012 or on site (for members only).

    General registration conditions and policy

    All cancellations must be made in writing at Argospine 2013 c/o COLLOQUIUM – 13-15 rue de Nancy - 75010 PARIS.
    Refunds will only be made after the congress.
    Name changes are considered as new registrations.

    Before December 1st 2012 : total amount will be refunded except for 50€ of administrative fees. With no payment received before cancellation, these 50€ will still remain due.

    From December 1st, 2012 : No refund. With no payment received before that date, the total amount of your registration will still remain due.
