Meal Functions
The conference will feature a full sit-down luncheon each day with a presentation during the lunch. The hospitality rooms on each floor will act as the main gathering space and will have a variety of breakfast items, such as pastries and fruit in the mornings, along with light snacks in the afternoons, with coffee, tea and assorted soft drinks across the day.  

On Monday, October 28 at 6:30 pm, we are hosting the annual conference reception. The event location will be provided to the participants in their conference packet.

Visas
Consult the United States embassy or consulate nearest you if you believe you require a visa to enter the country. Should you require assistance obtaining a visa, we would be pleased to send you an official invitation that can be presented when applying.
