Steve O'HareOwner/DirectorSCLO Consulting Steve O'Hare has over 14 years’ experience in senior business development roles in the vocational skills, apprenticeship and employment services sectors, where he has been at the forefront of the evolution and development of these markets. He is currently the Owner/Director of his own firm, SCLO Consulting, which specialises in: market analysis and entry strategies; support on business decisions; tender management, writing, review and support. Steve was the Head of Business Development for learndirect Limited. Where he led the UK business development network which he allied to the management of the proposal writing function. During this time learndirect were the market leader in winning European Social Fund contracts with over £51m secured. In addition, he led on over £360m of contract wins, with successes including apprenticeship delivery contracts with FTSE 100 companies and large public-sector organisations |
