The IBPA Board of Directors invites you to serve as a sponsor of the international conference being held in Chicago, IL November 7-9, 2019. IBPA sponsors benefit not only from the high visibility the conference affords, they are key in making the conference affordable for researchers and practitioners from different communities from across the world. We believe that your interest in the issues that will be explored during the conference would make for a natural partnership.

 

With all food functions held in the exhibit area, a mobile app and a schedule that offers time in the exhibit hall without conflicting events; you are sure to have the traffic you are looking for. A limited number of exhibit tables are available for the conference. To apply to sponsor or exhibit, please complete the online application and submit payment. The exhibit hall sold the past two years.

 

The International Bullying Prevention Association is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization dedicated to researching and preventing bullying and cyberbullying around the world.  Many IBPA members are well-known cutting-edge researchers in the field of research and prevention.

Each exhibit table and sponsor registration is an application. The IBPA Board of Directors reserves the right to review vendors applications and will email a confirmation to confirm their participation with the conference within 2 weeks of the application being submitted via mail, fax or online.. IBPA reserves the right to review and approve all advertisements submitted for the program.

Set up will be on Thursday, November 7 from 10:00 am – 1 pm

Thursday open 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Thursday: Opening Reception is 4 pm – 5:30 pm

Friday open 7:30 am – 4 pm

Tear down Friday from 4 pm - 6 pm

All events are at the Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile.
