Tony Hadley - Senior Vice President Government & Regulatory Affairs, Experian
Tony Hadley is Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy for the Experian Group of companies, where he has led the regulatory agenda relating to consumer reporting, financial markets, direct marketing and advertising, e-commerce, and privacy for 21 years. He advises the Experian Global Risk Management Council on such activities in the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific. Tony represents Experian before a number of trade groups and alliances. These include the Association of National Advertisers, the Consumer Data Industry Association, the Internet Alliance, the US Chamber of Commerce, the American Financial Services Association, the Consumer Bankers Association, and the US Chamber of Commerce. Tony is Chairman of the National Business Coalition on E-commerce and Privacy.

David Britton - Vice President Industry Solutions, Experian
David Britton brings a wealth of experience and a unique insight into the criminal methodology behind cyber fraud to his current position as Vice President, Industry Solutions at Experian. As one of the very first Internet fraud investigators, David played a central role in the development of cutting edge fraud prevention technologies in the online space.

In his current role, David is often asked to engage with executives across the eCommerce, Financial Services, Travel, Telco and other verticals around the globe, to help frame strategies for mitigating fraud while preserving the consumer experience. He also works closely with the Experian Global Product team as a thought leader, helping to guide the vision of the Experian Global Product portfolio, and with the marketing and sales organizations to help formulate “go to market” positioning, and market intelligence.

David joined Experian via the acquisition of 41st Parameter, where he was one of the founding members of the team. During his tenure at 41st Parameter, David served on the executive team in a number of roles, including responsibilities as head of Product Management, Professional Services, as well as interim roles leading Product Development and Marketing.

David is often asked to speak at industry events, and to speak to the press about emerging threats, and has authored numerous papers outlining innovative approaches to risk mitigation while also advocating for a great consumer experience. Prior to joining Experian, David was a private consultant to various fraud enterprises. David holds an M.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and a B.A. from Westmont College.

Travis Jarae - Founder & CEO, One World Identity
Travis Jarae founded One World Identity with the goal of facilitating the development of foundational identity, trust, and safety standards and practices, enabling accessibility and security for all. His career has centered on building identity products and solutions for ecommerce companies, financial services providers, and governments. Prior to One World Identity, Travis was responsible for identity verification strategy and operations at Google. Travis is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Finance.

George Kurtyka - Co-Founder & COO, Joust
George connects people and financial technology. He drove business growth at Simple, guided larger banks in incubating startups, and led projects and teams at PayPal, Nokia, and Samsung. He forges partnerships and strategies that will enable Joust to provide new services to the freelance, small business, and entrepreneur communities worldwide.

Filip Verley - Product Manager, Airbnb
Filip finds solutions for the merger of the physical and digital worlds, and its impact on identity. In his current role with Airbnb, this is one of the company’s most critical missions. Airbnb is uniquely positioned to solve the merger and figure out what identity means for 21st Century interactions between individuals and businesses alike.

Filip is also a Senior Advisor to OWI. In this role, he is responsible for building partnerships, curating the conversation around identity and educating the industry about the importance of this topic. Previously, Filip worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Google in payments compliance with a focus on identity verification, including automation, inclusion and improving user experience. Filip has a masters degree in criminal justice from Florida State University, grew up in Belgium, has a growing family, and he enjoys action movies and sports.

Kathleen Peters - Senior Vice President Head of Fraud & Identity, Experian
Kathleen Peters is the Senior Vice President and Head of Fraud & Identity for Experian’s Decision Analytics Business Unit in North America. As a global business and commercial leader, Kathleen’s career has been heavily focused on the digital identity, fraud, cybersecurity and mobile telecommunications industries. Having worked in large, medium, and start-up companies, she enjoys the fast-pace of technology – particularly in the engagement and identification of digital, mobile consumers – and the complex relationships and ecosystems that make it all work. Kathleen’s specialties lie in product management, business and corporate development and building out worldwide organizations both in private and publicly held companies. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and an MS in Electrical Engineering, Communications from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
