  • Mary Jane Myslinski, PT EdD is Associate Professor in the Doctoral Program of Physical Therapy at UMDNJ, in Newark, NJ. 
  • Dr. Myslinski has 35 years of experience as a physical therapist and over 20 years of administering or developing medical fitness programs for those with a chronic disease or those who are physically challenged. 
  • She has presented at numerous state and national conferences and is very active with the Metro Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. 
  • In 1993 her medical fitness program for the physically challenged won an international fitness award for exercise programming. 
  • Dr. Myslinski was appointed to the NJ Council of Physical Fitness and Sports in 2000 and held many positions during her five years of service. 
  • She is also very active in the state and national chapter of APTA. 
  • She has her Masters degree from NYU in Cardiopulmonary Rehab and another Masters degree and her Doctorate degree from Columbia University in Applied Physiology.
