- How will I know if I'm registered?
- You should get a confirmation email within an hour of registering, if you don't, please contact us at info@PACEducate.com.
- Can I purchase the course material if I don't attend the course?
- No, the instructors own the rights to all course materials/handouts, and therefore, the material is not for sale
- Will this course be given again in the future?
- This course is not scheduled to be presented again this year
- Why do I have to download and print the handouts rather than have them provided to me on the day of the course?
- There are several reasons for this:
- You are given the option to download as many slides per page as you prefer (number of slides affect the size of the print)
- You have the option of not printing the handouts, and just downloading them to a tablet or your PC/Mac which you can then bring with you.
- By downloading the material, you are able to save a digital copy of the handouts in your computer (without having to scan it).
- It allows us to be green and helps to keep the course reasonably priced
- When will I receive my CEU's?
- You will receive your CEU's by the first weekday after the course. Often times, it is sent the same day. If you haven't received it by then, please check your 'SPAM' folder. If you still don't have it, please contact us, immediately.
- What happens if the course sells out and I missed the chance to register?
- You may still have an opportunity to attend the course if a registrant cancels. Contact us via phone at 1-855-238-7223, Ext. 0, or email us at info@PACEducate.com and we will place you on our wait list.
