PRINTING NEEDS
There is an in-house print shop located on the premises. If you need materials printed for your meeting, contact the print shop directly at 703-836-7100 ext. 397 to receive a quote for your job. Primary products include the following:
- Information materials such as reports, training manuals, briefing books, and newsletters
- Promotional materials such as brochures, certificates, signage, flyers, and postcards
- Administrative materials such as letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, name badges, tent cards, business cards, and notepads
Other production options include PDF document repurposing for Web and digital media distribution; imaging and scanning to JPEG and GIF for Web and digital media distribution; photo enhancement and manipulation; large-format signage; post-production finishing options such as custom folding and saddle stitching; high-volume black-and-white and color reprographics; 4-color with spot PMS; high-end off-set printing; spot and flood varnishing; and scoring and perfing.

- The Mary M. Gates Learning Center has a surface parking lot with approximately 20 spaces available to guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The surrounding streets have two-hour parking monitored by the city of Alexandria.
