Canberra International Airport is approximately 12 minutes from the conference venue. Taxis are available outside the airport terminal.

Conference Venue
The conference will be held at the National Convention Centre, 31 Constitution Ave, Canberra ACT 2601.
Dress
The dress code for the conference, Welcome reception, National Press Club Lunch and the Breakfast is business attire. The dress code for the Conference dinner is semi-formal.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. The conference direcotrate recommends to all delegates that a travel insurance policy be purchased to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc when booking travel to attend the conference.
Name Badges
Your conference name badge is your entry to all conference sessions, the exhibition hall and your chosen social functions. Please wear your name badge at all times
Parking
The National Convention Centre offers undercover parking. For details click here
There is also pay parking available across the road from the National Convention Centre on the corner of Constitution Ave and Corranderk St.
Privacy
Information collected as part of your registration at the conference will be gathered, stored and disseminated in accordance with the National Privacy Legislation. A conference participant list will be provided to all registered delegates of the conference. Only those delegates that have chosen to be included will appear on the participant list.
Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm each day of the conference and will be your main point of contact for all enquiries during the conference.
Special Requirements
Every effort will be made to ensure all delegates with special requirements will be catered for. Please advise the conference secretariat with any special requirements you may have. We aim to make your attendance at conference as comfortable as possible. Please note: Dietary requirements are to be advised via the online registration form.
