Cancellation policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the 2019 Higher Education conference after submitting their registration are most welcome to nominate a substitute at any time free of charge.

If you need to cancel your registration you can do so in writing until Friday 1 February 2019.  Please note that an administration fee of 25% will be charged.  No refunds will be given to cancellations after this date.
