Taxes/ Fees
There is a 14.5% tax on hotel rooms in Washington, D.C. There is also a porterage fee applied to all reservations: $10 for a single occupancy reservation and $12 for a double occupancy reservation.
Changes to a Reservation
To view, cancel, or modify a reservation or to have a confirmation email set, please contact Veronica Heller at vheller@americansecuritization.com. Guest details can be changed at any time prior to check-in, reserving additional days or rooms is subject to availability. Please do not contact the hotel directly for changes.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. Upon booking guests will be charged the room rate plus taxes and fees for the entire duration of their stay.

Early Arrivals & Late Departures
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, it is recommended to book the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, the Four Seasons Washington, D.C. will be glad to store your bags and make their fitness facilities available for you to freshen up.
