Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the first session you are attending to pick-up your name badge and meeting materials. All attendees will be required to present photo identification onsite in order to collect their meeting badge and materials.

Registration Required
Meeting name badges are required for access to the Meeting. This includes all meetings, sessions, meals and events as part of the 2012 ASF Annual Meeting.
Online registration will closed on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 6 PM (EDT). Please note that all registration categories are subject to ASF approval and your registration category must be valid at both the time of registration and at the time of the Meeting. For example, if an individual registers as an ASF member, that individual's firm must be an ASF member firm in good standing at the time of registration and at the time of the conference or the person will be required to pay the nonmember registration fee.
Cancellation Information
Refunds for cancellations will not be issued.
Substitutions
Please note that substitutions are only permissible if the substituting individual qualifies for the original registrant's category. For instance, a substitute for a regulator registrant must also qualify a regulator for registration purposes. The substituting individual must also be employed by the same firm as the original registrant.
