The age of Big Data is sweeping through the business world and many researchers predict that the most successful companies of the next decade will be those who embrace the evolution of data-driven decision making, i.e. harnessing vast quantities of data and transforming it into instantaneous, predictive business insight. This session will feature professional experts who will introduce the concept of Big Data and how it pertains to the travel industry. They will discuss the best ways this economic asset can be used to create value and explain why it cannot be ignored.
