Trevor Luker - ChairDirector London Hairdressing Academy Limited Trevor Luker is a co-founding Director at The London Hairdressing Apprenticeship Academy Limited (LHAA). Trevor is a member of the Traiblazer standards group for hair and beauty representing the Hair & Beauty sector for AELP. Trevor previously held the post of Managing Director for Pearson Work Based Learning in the UK having previously held the post of Commercial Director for the Awarding Organisation Edexcel. Trevor has worked in the UK and overseas and holds a Masters in Business Management. |

Cheryl SwalesProject Manager Association of Employment and Learning Providers Cheryl has been working with AELP since December 2015 as a Project Manager, working on various projects including Teach Too, Digital Skills and a two year EU funded project providing quality assurance advice and guidance to partners in Cyprus and Poland. Cheryl is also the Senior Support Officer responsible for managing all AELP Sector Forum meetings. Cheryl’s previous experience includes 13 years in the educational sector, working at manager level, at two private training providers and an Awarding Organisation. She has a wealth of experience in the management of Traineeships, Apprenticeships and Employability Skills delivery and is also a qualified tutor, assessor, internal quality assurer and holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Education Studies. |
