Do you want to join
GCMAS to take advantage of discounted member rates at the conference? Are you a
GCMAS member who needs to pay member dues for 2019? New and renewing GCMAS
members will have the opportunity to pay membership dues during the
registration process. This will allow all attendees to take advantage of
discounted member rates at the conference. Membership rates are available
at www.gcmas.org/memberships. Conference registration and membership dues
can be paid by credit card via the online registration system. Attendees who
wish to pay by check are encouraged to complete the online registration
process, and then print a confirmation page that can be submitted with the

- Students receive free tutorials throughout the meeting.
- Institutional discounts will be offered for Institutions with more than 5 attendees coming to the meeting (early bird registration only). The names of the registrants must be provided with the request for the code in order to determine the appropriate code.
- 5-9 attendees-$435/each($200 for students)
- >10 attendees-$385/each($135 for students)

Registration for the full conference includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday March 26 and at the Banquet on Thursday March 28.
Cancellation Policy: A refund of 50% of the conference fees will be allowed for cancellations received on or before February 28, 2019. No refund will be allowed for cancellations after this date.
Registration and Payment: Please use our online registration system for all conference registrations.
Even if your registration will be paid via
check, your online registration will allow us to plan most effectively for your
attendance. Registrants who will pay via check should indicate
"Check" on the final confirmation page of the registration process.
In order to receive the discounted rates, appropriate codes must be put in at
registration. NO adjustments will be made after registration is submitted.

note that a service fee of $35.00 will be assessed for all checks returned for
insufficient funds or for charges made to closed accounts.
