What
We do this by producing and staging cutting edge leadership and management workshops, but not just any events, our aim is to produce the biggest and the best. Where each event delivers vital, need-to-know business information via best practice case-studies and interactive discussion formats, from leading industry minds.
How
Firstly, we only hire the best people, and we mean it. WCBF’s staff are vital to our success. Hence, we are only looking to recruit exceptional people, with successful track records, and who have a passion for their jobs. Our company culture is one of achieving excellence. Secondly, we operate very through project plans, detailed processes and spend more time researching and producing each event, translating to a more detailed need-to-know agenda with more leading-minds speaking. We spend substantially longer time marketing our events, translating to a far greater reach, higher quality targeting, and greater delegate numbers and our event management is executed to the finest detail. We believe in long-term, robust, win-win relationships within the industries we operate.
Consequently, WCBF has never cancelled an event since its incorporation in 2001.
