Blocks of rooms have been reserved at each of the following hotels at a special event rate.  Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the registration process.

When you register for the event, this does not reserve your hotel room.

Reservations must be booked directly with the hotel using the links below (or call as noted).

Any changes must also be made by contacting the hotel.

Be aware of the booking deadlines for each hotel.

A confirmation of hotel room booking with be sent to you directly from the hotel once you complete your hotel reservation.
