TAX POLICY

Room rates shown do not include resort fee or taxes. Please note that the total charges presented at time of check-in will include all room taxes, currently 13.38%, as well as any applicable resort fees of $31.99 per night. The Hotel requires a deposit of $50.00 per room, per night at Palms and $100 per room, per night at Palms Place upon check-in.

CANCEL POLICY: Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
