Pamela Bryant
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Hanger, Inc.

Pamela Bryant has more than 15 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain organizations in the healthcare industry. She joined Hanger, Inc. in March 2016 as the company’s Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior to joining Hanger, Pamela worked at Baylor Scott & White Health, where she most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Services, managing over a $1 billion supply budget. Prior to that, Pamela served as Corporate Vice President of Supply Chain Optimization at Triad Hospitals. She also has directed procurement and materials management functions for HCA – The Healthcare Company and Bon Secours Health System. Pamela has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Averett University in Virginia and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Vera Fischer - Moderator
97 Degrees West

Vera is the CEO and President of 97 Degrees West. Vera began her advertising career at GSD&M where she worked on accounts: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Pearl Vision, SeaWorld and DoubleTree Hotels. Her next stop was the nationally recognized T3 known as “The Think Tank.” In 2001, Vera left the agency world to embark on the client side as Director of Marketing for Forgent Networks. Vera managed an annual multi-million dollar marketing budget, developed online lead generation programs, managed the inside sales team and consistently delivered high-quality MQLs to the sales team. In 2004, after a company wide re-org, Vera was laid off while on maternity leave. Within the day, she founded her agency, 97 Degrees West. Vera also hosts a podcast entitled, “System Execution”, with notable guests like Ari Weinzweig, Jeff Smith, Gary Bizzo, Dr. Alan Pitt, and other business and thought leaders. Vera is a member of the Austin University Area Rotary Club, an advisory board member for the School of Journalism & Mass Communication at Texas State University and a Mentor at Capital Factory. Vera is completing her Master’s in Strategic Communications at Texas State University in May 2018.

Andrea Tsakanikas

Andrea Tsakanikas is the founder and President of CrewFacilities.com. For over three decades Andrea has been involved in the property and facility management industry. She has represented investors across the US, managing hundreds of thousands of room nights of workforce lodging, rental, and travel products over the span of her career. Since 2007 she served as a management consultant with a specialization in optimizing operations of hotels, workforce and corporate housing, as well as, Class A, B & C multi-family projects, ensuring the highest returns in revenue and profitability. Andrea is an active member of Women Impacting Public Policy, Broward Women's Alliance, the National Small Business Association, and serves as a mentor for Career Source- Start Up Now. 

Patti Winstanley
Aztec Promotional Group

Patti Winstanley is owner and President of Aztec Promotional Group, LP, TEE Time USA and Southwest Stitches, all full service promotional manufacturing companies. Patti has offices in Dallas, Austin and Tucson. She serves on the Board of Directors and Regional Committee for the Women's Business Council Southwest and won WBE Advocate of the Year in 2018. Patti also represents WBCS as one of their Advocates on the WBENC Leadership Forum. Patti has a BA in Education from The University of Mississippi. She and her husband Dave have twin boys, Austin and Ellis, daughter in law Paige and twin one year old grand sons, Hugh and Bauer.
