Set Up:
Monday, October 8, 8am - 8pm
Tuesday, October 9, 8am -10am
All exhibits must be 100% set up by 10 am on Tuesday, October 9
Tear Down:
Thursday October 11, 8 am
No exhibits will be allowed to tear down Wednesday night

Must pay full amount owed for booth via credit card through the online portal at time of booking.

Exhibitor Booths Cancellation Policy: 25% cancellation fee for booths cancelled in writing BEFORE 5:00 pm on September 7, 2018| No refund after that date/time. Requests for cancellation must be sent in writing via email to angela@niada.com
