I have worked in the Childcare Industry for 18 years across a variety of settings and moved in to work based learning 13 years ago, as an Assessor. I am passionate about quality delivery of Apprenticeships and qualifications across the Health, Social Care and Childcare sectors. 
I managed the Apprenticeship delivery of Health, Social Care and Childcare within CTS Training and was with the company for nearly 10 years as an Assessor, IQA and Operations Manager. I then moved on to start a new role with Babington as Operational Business Manager in May 2017. This led to me being moved away from the care industries. I have since started a role as Curriculum Lead with Dimensions Training Solutions in January 2018, managing the Childcare department.
I have a degree in Early Childhood Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and have lived in the city since starting my degree in 2001.
