	Tonya Wilborn Principal Deloitte & Touche LLP Tonya Wilborn is a Principal in the Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory practice, with specific focus in Internal Audit cosoursing and outsourcing services. Tonya has over 18 years of business process risk experience, specializing in internal controls and business process improvement. Tonya specializes in the Retail and Distribution industry, but has served a wide range of industries during her career. Her experience is focused on assisting organizations in managing risk (financial, operational, fraud), identifying efficiencies and process improvements. Tonya also leads internal audit quality and strategic assessment services for clients to assist with standards compliance and to transform IA functions within their respective organizations. Tonya is a leader in the Retail & Distribution practice and serves as a source for leading practices and benchmarking activities. She has contributed to position papers on the Retail industry and Internal Audit trends and risks. Tonya is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants National and the Network of Executive Women. Tonya is a Certified Internal Auditor and Risk Management Assurance professional.

	Debbie Wagoner IA Director Target Corp. Debbie joined Target in 2012, where she leads the Audit Operations team, focused on Internal Audit’s maturity, quality and training. She has eighteen years of audit and risk experience, having previously led Internal Audit’s Corporate Risks team, focused on accounting, finance, and human resources. Prior to joining Target, Debbie was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s assurance practice, working with insurance companies and financial institutions.

	Brian Strittmater IA Director Target Corp. Brian joined Target in 2017 and leads the Technology Audit team. He has been an audit, risk and controls professional for over 20 years in both the public accounting and corporate internal audit sectors. Brian is a CPA (inactive) and a CISA.

	Ranjani Narayanan Senior Manager, Agile Internal Audit Specialist Deloitte & Touche LLP Ranjani is a leader in the Deloitte Advisory practice with over 16 years of experience focused on Internal Audit (IA). Her experience spans internal audit, internal controls (business process & information technology), and security & controls implementations (Oracle EBS). She has demonstrated strong project management, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Ranjani is a leader of our Agile IA initiative. Leading the charge on developing the Agile IA framework, roll out strategy, & building eminence in the marketplace. She helped to design our Agile IA Greenhouse lab. Ranjani is a frequent speaker on Agile IA at IIA events, including most recently at the IIA GAM conference. She also facilitates Agile IA trainings internally and for clients. Most recently Ranjani is leading the innovation efforts for a Global Chief Audit Executive of a Fortune 10 company by developing and driving transformation programs. She also leads a large team for an internal controls and audit project for a fortune 500 retailer, to execute a large project.
