Buck McMurray - National Director, US Sales – East
Buck McMurray brings to Rodan and Fields 15+ years of direct sales and marketing experience. He has worked with both large companies and start-ups. His roles have included sales management, general management, training, market development and marketing. In these positions, he has been responsible for updating global branding, creating go-to market strategies, tools, and trainings, and developing next-generation products based on customer needs. Most recently Buck was VP of Marketing and Co-founder of a medical nutrition start-up, focused on helping patients change their health by training on food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle. Buck earned both an MBA and a BA from Brigham Young University. Outside of his professional experience, Buck is a husband of 15 years and father to five beautiful children. He's a lover of the outdoors, sports, and the arts. He serves on the board of the Utah Regional Ballet and regularly speaks on leadership and professionalism at the local career center.
Oliver Dibblee - Regional Director, West
Oliver Dibblee brings to Rodan and Fields 10+ years of sales leadership and general management experience. He spent most of his career at PepsiCo in the Frito Lay Division. His roles have included District Manager, Key Account Manager, Zone Business Manager and Territory Manger responsible for aggressive revenue growth, new product introduction and implementation, trade spend management and go to market strategies. Most recently Oliver was VP of Business Development specializing in CPG and Retail analytics to improve margin and productivity . Oliver earned a BS in Economics from the University of Utah. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lisa of 11 years and his three children. Oliver is a fitness and sports aficionado and hopes one day to witness all four grand slams in Tennis.
Paige Coy - Regional Director, South
Paige came to Rodan + Fields with over 20 years’ experience in sales leadership, coaching and mentoring, marketing and event planning at several global companies including Eli Lilly and PricewaterhouseCoopers. As a Regional Director in the Southern US, Paige is passionate about understanding what motivates leaders and coaching them how to harness that drive to grow their businesses. Prior to joining R+F, Paige was a Regional Account Director at Blue Buffalo where she led a team of eight account managers to drive revenue and market share and helped design a CRM program used by the entire field to track sales. When she’s not working, Paige enjoys reading, kayaking, and cooking with her husband. She volunteers at a local women’s shelter and delivers Meals on Wheels over holidays. She is a Nashville native with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science and Business from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She currently resides in Nashville with her husband, Fritz, and their 3 Corgis.
Melissa Crisanti - Regional Manager, Canada
Melissa Crisanti joins Rodan + Fields with vast experience as a Business Lead specializing in project management, training, and people development. Melissa has held various roles at TC Energy over the past 11 years including Business Lead, US Assets Analyst and Business Analyst. In these capacities, Melissa was responsible for leading cross functional teams and developing corporate rollout strategies in Canada, the US and Mexico. Melissa lives in Calgary, AB and graduated with a Bachelor of Communications from Mount Royal University and is currently completing her Masters of Global Management.
Rikki Salvage - Regional Manager, West
Rikki comes to R+F with over 13 years of experience in the retail industry where she continuously drove year over year sales growth. She previously held the position as Origins Northwest Sales & Education Executive for Estée Lauder where she was responsible for 5 states and 6 different retail channels. Prior to that she was with Dillard’s for 10 years where she held almost every position within the organization from management, merchandising, operations, recruiting, sales, and executive development where she created and implemented the onboarding platform for new hires. She ended her career running one of the largest stores in the company. Rikki lives in Seattle, WA with her husband Mike of 10 years and their 2 beautiful girls, Kobey (5) and Kaden (4). When she is not working she is busy being Super Mom with all of her kid’s activities: swimming, gymnastics, soccer, skiing, baseball and basketball. Rikki was a National Champion Swimmer in the 200 backstroke at 16 so she is hoping for a little Olympian in the family. Her family also enjoys being in the outdoors from fishing, hiking, swimming, camping and boating. Rikki is a motivated leader who has a passion for coaching and developing people.
Jeremy Soine - Vice President & Head of US Sales
Jeremy brings 19 years of experience managing businesses with explosive growth in product distribution. Throughout his career, Jeremy has demonstrated leading strategic development, tenacity, passion and creativity for enlisting and motivating teams to align and deliver on goals. Prior to joining Rodan + Fiends, Jeremy worked for Barefoot Wine, where he lead the company to become the number one wine brand in the US, bringing in over $400 million in revenue. Focusing his growth strategy on direct-to-consumer brand ambassadors, Jeremy orchestrated a team of nearly 100 “Barefooters” to conduct thousands of events in order to reach customers directly and instill a more organic brand loyalty. Most recently, Jeremy served as COO of the start-up Krave Jerky, the first mass-produced premium jerky brand in the US. Under Jeremy’s guidance, Krave Jerky grew from less than $10 million in 2013 to being worth over $200 million when it sold to The Hershey Company in 2015. Jeremy holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a BS with Honors from the University of Puget Sound.
Wendy Watts - Director, Field Training
Wendy has a significant amount of experience in sales leadership roles with the World's Largest Beverage and Salty Snack consumer packaged good companies. Wendy has been an integral part of building and leading teams of both companies, developing strategy and executing plans for winning in the marketplace. She was promoted regularly and part of the Top Talent of the Coca-Cola and Frito-Lay organization. She held various Management positions and was most recently a Director of Sales for the last two and a half years. She managed the Sales Operations team in excess of over 200 employees. Wendy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and account management to Rodan + Fields.
Denice Valles - Regional Director, Central
Denice Valles, Regional Director, Central US lives in Dallas and is an accomplished professional with 20+ years of experience in the direct sales channel including eight years on the beauty and skin care side. Denice joined the R+F Field Development team in Oct. 2017. She specializes in both personal and professional business coaching, training and field development. In previous roles Denice served as the Director of Field Training, Sr. Manager of Programs and Recognition and the Sr. Manager of Leadership Development. In these capacities Denice was responsible for creating and implementing field training and development, developing recruiting, retention and recognition programs, strategizing, planning company events, and field coaching. Denice has been married to her husband, Manuel Valles since 2000 and is a leader and volunteer in her community. Denice believes that one’s mindset either propels them forward or is a hindrance to them achieving their purpose in life and makes it her daily mission to help others overcome the limitations that hold them back from being their best self.
Rhonda Adams - Senior Regional Training Manager
Rhonda has over 15 years of experience in the Direct Selling channel from both sides of the business. Her first entry into this channel was owning her own business as a very successful consultant for the company Warm Spirit/Time to Renew, a multimillion dollar skincare company. Within five years Rhonda had established a team of over 3000 Consultants and was awarded the National Vice President title. Rhonda directly managed her key consultants accounts and conducted high impact presentations generating top performance across sales targets. Following the closure of this business Rhonda went back to the “corporate world” as an Area Account Manager for MKS Software. Her passion for Skincare motivated her to return to this industry and work as a Territory Business Manager for Innovative Skincare, where her role included conducting product training and serve as an educational resource and consultant for business programs to increase market penetration. Then in October 2013 Avon called and she established herself as a very successful District Sales Manager where she describes how she “relentlessly targeted goal achievement as well as training and developing Sales Leaders and Top Selling Representatives through coaching and mentoring”. Rhonda’s experience as a Consultant, Coach, Manager and Leader in Direct Sales (and from both sides of the fence) serves her well in her role at Rodan + Fields.
Myisha Procter - Regional Director, Northeast
Myisha brings over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry developing innovative learning programs and tools to increase revenue for top performing brands in wholesale, specialty, and spa/professional independent channels. Prior to joining Rodan + Fields, Myisha’s career began at Sephora, USA and soon prompted her to establish her own lucrative make-up artistry business which serviced celebrity clients in television and film. Myisha then transitioned into the corporate side of beauty developing where she created internal education programs for various companies in the beauty arena including Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, Ren Skincare, and NUDE Skincare. In her role as Field Learning Director at Rodan + Fields, Myisha is responsible for the development and production of learning content, training videos, sales skills development and business tools for our Consultants. Additionally, Myisha ensures that campaign strategies and training programs are implemented across all departments to best support of our field. Outside of her professional career, Myisha enjoys all things beauty, fashion and travel related.
Chelsea Ramage - Senior Director, North America Sales, West
Chelsea Ramage joined Rodan + Fields in 2016 with 12 years of experience in the field working for two direct sales companies. Most recently she was a Leader in the field at Stella & Dot. She has also held roles as a Creative Media Strategist and Social Media Strategist. She brings an authentic coaching style, strong leadership, and a passion for people development. Chelsea is committed to the long-term development of Rodan + Fields Independent Consultants, by leveraging her personal experience and leadership in the direct sales channel. Chelsea lives in Calgary, AB with her husband and three children.
Kerri Stone - Regional Director, Eastern Canada
Kerri joined Rodan + Fields from Rogers Communications, one of Canada’s largest telecommunications/media companies, in December 2014. With nearly a decade as a National Trainer and Program Manager in Learning & Development and a Business Development Manager in their Sales channel, she has a strong understanding of both learning strategy and business development. In her role as Regional Director, Eastern Canada, Kerri was part of the team that executed the successful Canadian market launch, and currently leads field development through business coaching and field events.
Janine Weber - SVP North America Sales
With vast experience in direct sales, human resources and retail leadership, Janine is uniquely positioned to lead Rodan + Fields’ business in North America. In her prior role as Vice President, Rodan + Fields Canada, Janine executed the successful Canadian market launch as the company took its first step toward becoming a global brand. Janine oversees strategy development for continual growth in the US and Canada. Before joining Rodan + fields, Janine served as Canadian Sales Director with Stella & Dot, where she was responsible for national field development. Prior to time with Stella & Dot, she held Human Resource leadership roles with The Alberta Government, Neiman Marcus, and Ford Credit.In addition to Janine’s breadth of corporate leadership experience, she has also spent time as a field leader in direct sales, making her a highly credible coach and leader as she fosters the long-term development of our Independent Consultants. Janine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
Justin Keisel - Vice President of Global Programs & Field Relations
With over 16 years of experience in the skincare industry and the direct selling channel, Justin is responsible for overseeing Rodan + Fields global programs and field relations. Justin utilizes his skills and experience to ensure everything we do always has the Consultant and Customer in mind. Prior to Rodan + Fields, Justin worked for Nu Skin for over 14 years with a heavy focus on developing business in Asia, as well as creating compensation plans and business program development. Justin holds a BS in Global Economics from Brigham Young University and a MBA from Brigham Young University.
Kelly Summers Tarapani - Director, Virtual Learning
Kelly Summers Tarapani brings 10 years of experience in the premium beauty category to Rodan + Fields. She began her career as a Clinique Consultant and worked her way up on the Clinique Global Education team. She developed training programs, led orientations for executives worldwide, and represented the brand on video and at in-store events in New York and Los Angeles. Kelly grew up in St. Louis County and graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. At 23, she bought a one-way ticket to New York City to pursue her dreams in the Big Apple. After eight years on the East Coast, she and her husband decided to pursue new opportunities on the West Coast. Her experience and passion for helping others led her to join Rodan + Fields in October of 2014 as the Senior Manager, Field Learning & Development. Kelly’s time on the R+F L&D team paired with her expertise from Clinique enables her to bring a new perspective to the Field Development team as the Senior Region Manager for the West. Kelly resides in San Francisco with her husband, Abraham, and daughter, Brooke.
Victoria Wince - Regional Director, Western Canada
Victoria Wince joined Rodan + Fields with more than 12 years of experience in the premium skincare industry. In her role, she is able to harness people's greatest strengths to help them confidently grow their businesses. She most recently held the roles of Account Executive and Regional Education Executive for Clinique. Victoria completed the Graduate of Business Administration Program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of British Columbia.
Chase Willardson - Senior Business Development Manager
Chase has 10 years of sales and training experience working with new entrepreneurs to seasoned Fortune 500 sales teams providing them with strategies that deliver results. He worked at Clorox where he created tools and trained healthcare sales professionals to identify incremental opportunities for business growth. He also worked for Schiff Nutrition driving key innovation and crafting sales stories to sell to national accounts such as Costco, Wal-Mart, and Target. Chase enjoys long walks on the beach with his wife and two kids, family dance parties, and creating memories. He holds a BS in Management from Brigham Young University.
Kimberlie Harrell - Regional Manager, Central
With more than 10 years combined experience in the global luxury skincare industry and direct selling channel, Kimberlie has experience with both start up and hyper growth companies. She’s built teams from the ground up in the field and partnered closely with executives and VP's where she developed trainings, incentive programs and positive business changes that were mutually beneficial to both field and corporate business. In her personal time she enjoys spending time with her husband of 14 years, Todd, and their two boys, Hudson (6) and Cooper (3). They keep her busy with baseball, rodeos, fishing and camping adventures. Kimberlie is also active in her local community volunteering at church, Texas FFA Alumni, and The Association of Former Students of Texas A&M. She has also served as the Vice President, Community Outreach Chair and Gala co-host for her local women’s club, The Conroe Service League. Whether in business, at home or volunteering, she strives to inform, inspire, educate and motivate others. Her passion for your purpose is her purpose!
Carmen Conklin - Regional Director, Northern
Carmen comes to Rodan + Fields with over 13 years in the direct selling industry and 10 years in a variety of other Fortune 100 sales organizations. After working for Turner Broadcasting and Adecco Staffing, Carmen started her career at Avon Products as a District Sales Manager and was promoted into the roles of Division Sales Manager and Region Sales Director. In 2015 she joined PepsiCo's Frito Lay division as Metro Market Director until December of 2016. Carmen currently resides in Michigan with her family. She was born in San Juan, PR, and moved to the states after graduating from Marquette University in Wisconsin. Outside of work Carmen loves doing hot yoga and shopping. She has ran a marathon and seven half marathons in the last six years.
Gayle Winkler - Senior Director, North America Sales, East
Gayle is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in the cosmetic and retail industry. Prior to joining R+F, she was Executive Director at Clinique, with responsibility for managing the Macy’s national account and also the Regional Director for the Midwest. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years with May Company where she was a cosmetic buyer and Store Manager. Gayle grew up in the St Louis area and holds a B. S. in Marketing Management from Southeast Missouri State University. In her free time, Gayle volunteers with a Therapeutic Horsemanship program, is an avid runner and strength trainer and enjoys traveling all over the world. When traveling, Gayle involves her love for cooking by taking part in cooking classes to understand the culture and cuisine…and the wine!
Sheena Beckham - Senior Manager, Field Learning & Development
Sheena Beckham brings over 13 years of experience in sales training, performance coaching, and leadership development to the Rodan + Fields Learning and Development team. She has experience across various industries with companies such as PetSmart, University of Phoenix, and USAA. With her career experience, which spans roles from frontline sales to senior leadership, she has developed a strong passion for leadership development. To further enhance her knowledge in leadership and Learning and Development, Sheena completed a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Management and a Master's degree in Adult Education and Training. At Rodan + Fields, she oversees Leadership Redefined, Business Redefined, Premier V, and Convention Breakouts. Sheena also brings to Rodan + Fields 11 years of experience as a mother. Together with her husband, Jon, they have four beautiful children, Talon, Asher, Shiloh, and Elijah.
Deanna Jurgens - Chief Global Sales Officer
Deanna is responsible for revenue across the US, Canada and Australia. Her focus includes driving the domestic and international expansion of the Rodan + Fields brand.Previously, she spent 16 years with PepsiCo, most recently as the Senior Vice President for Frito-Lay. Deanna currently serves as Senior Vice President of Development on the Board of Directors for the Boys Scouts Cascade Pacific Council. She is also actively involved with the Network of Executive Women and Women’s Initiative Network, where she was a founding member. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
