Visitors who wish to bring electronic equipment into the NC3A building, the equipment form should be completed. The form should be hand carried along with the equipment and will be signed off by the NC3A guards during the check-in procedure.

LUGGAGE AND BRIEFCASES
Briefcases and handbags may be taken into NC3A. However, such bags should have a label identifying the owner. Contents will be checked by the guards. Please note that suitcases, trunks etc that are not required for the meeting, will not be allowed into NC3A and should be left at hotels or in vehicles.
