- We are not responsible for stolen credit card numbers and any damages associated with the misuses of credit card information gained through illegal means. Enrollment is subject to payment completion after verification of your registration details.

- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Payment Instructions
£75.00 or €75 + VAT per day , per attendee Training Administration Fee.
VAT applicable for UK companies and for European Companies without VAT ID Number.
Method of Payment:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Invoice (Lutron Account Number required)*
- Lutron Co-op Funds (Lutron Account Number required)**
* When invoiced, your standards Lutron Terms & Conditions apply.
** If you use your CO-OP Credits to cover the total of your Training Administration Fee, please make sure to fill all the requested information with your details including your Lutron Account Number. You will receive a final registration once your details are checked by a member of our team.
If your CO-OP credits are insufficent to cover the total fee for this session, you will be contacted to provide your credit card details if you wish to continue with your training registration.

Enrolment is subject to registration completion and once you have received your final confirmation.
Delivery Policy:
Once your payment is proceed you will receive your final confirmation as well as a receipt or invoice by mail.
Cancellation Policy
Lutron's Refund Policy for Customer Education Seminars
If your cancellation notification is received: - 3 weeks prior to start date -- 100% refund
- 1 week prior to start date -- 20% refund
- Less than 1 week prior to start date -- No refund
