Cabanas Hotel

The Cabanas Hotel offers an informal yet comfortable accommodation with direct access into the abundant tropical gardens which provide its lush lakeside setting.

The reception area is spacious with a balconied foyer overlooking the Palm Terrace. Attractive planters placed around the tiled floor, and the lightly textured walls topped with a ceiling frieze of tropical foliage and flowers. Every night of the week sees a differently themed buffet served at The Palm Terrace with a light and scrumptious daytime fare served at the Grande Pool Bar.

Cabanas is a 3 star hotel offering guests a place to recharge in-between their fun filled days and wild nights exploring the resort. All bathrooms come standard with a shower only. Most of the rooms at the Cabanas have views of the lake, or open up onto tropical gardens of the hotel.

Start your day with breakfast at the Palm Terrace or enjoy a cocktail, light snack or lunch at the Cabanas Pool Deck while you spend time in the sun with the family at the large outdoor pool, or let the little ones splash in the kiddies’ pool. As a 3 star hotel there is no in-room dining offered at Cabanas.

When you are ready take a stroll down to the lakeside beach at Waterworld, where you can jetski, water ski, parasail, or catch a sunset cruise, and while you are busy why don’t you let your children be entertained at Kamp Kwena, play a round of Rock Venture Mini Golf or visit Animal World.

The Sun City Casino is a 5-minute walk away, located at the neighbouring Soho hotel. The Cabanas hotel is also the ideal base from which to explore the rest of what Sun City has to offer. Catch the free resort shuttle that runs past the Cabanas every 15 minutes to spend unlimited access during your stay at the Valley of Waves or one of the great activities at the Welcome Centre.

The Cabanas offers you free WiFi, 24-hour reception desk, an ATM on site, luggage storage, newspapers, on-site parking, a free bus shuttle service in resort, an outdoor pool and designated smoking areas.

Soho Hotel & Casino

Often referred to as the Main Hotel, Soho hotel and casino was the first hotel to be built on the resort. This 4-star Sun City accommodation is located right at the heart of Sun City, and is central to all the activities and things to do at the resort.

Alive with activity, the Sun City Hotel buzzes around the clock with the excitement of its world-class restaurants, casino and stage revues. The hotel overlooks a magnificent landscape of sub-tropical gardens and sparkling swimming pool.

The Hotel is a non-smoking hotel however it does have designated smoking throughout and offers you its guest free WiFi, 24 – hour reception desk, concierge service, luggage storage, newspapers, free parking on-site, complimentary shuttle service in resort and an outdoor pool.

The Cascades Hotel

Situated amidst lush gardens, the Cascades Hotel is the grand old lady of Sun City and still retains her timeless elegance!

All rooms overlook the gardens and the white sands of the pool’s beach area.

You can take a walk along the pathways that crisscross the scenic gardens, and enjoy the cheerful sounds from the bird aviary, or work up a sweat on the hotel’s tennis courts. The entertainment centre is in close proximity, as is the Valley of Waves which you have unlimited access to and a variety of other exciting activities.Then enjoy a sundowner or cocktail at Luma Bar and Lounge. If you are working, then stay connected with the office at the fully equipped business centre.

The Cascades Hotel offers a world of fantasy with its theme of cascading water, tropical lagoons and giant boulders creating a paradise for all guests. Tumbling waters and luxurious gardens are all a short walk from the glittering hotel and entertainment centre.
