Foresight Science & Technology is an SBIR-focused company that has succeeded in expanding into worldwide markets. Co-Founder and CEO Phyl Speser brings a combination of insights and humorous experiences from Foresight’s business expansion in Canada, Europe, South America, Africa, and Asia.  He will provide strategies on leveraging SBIR proposals and awards, as well as discuss collaborative R&D, licensing, OEM manufacturing, sales representation, strategic alliances, and company-owned offices and subsidiaries.
